Turkey will work together with the Cox's Bazar Press Club : Ambassador
The general secretary of Cox's Bazar Press Club Mohammad Mujibul Islam handed over the application along with the design to Turkish Ambassador Mostafa Usman Turan for cooperation for construction of a multi-storied building.
While exchanging views with Cox's Bazar Press Club leaders, Turkish Ambassador Mustafa Osman Turan said, The Turkish government will work sincerely to enhance and develop the skills of journalists in Cox's Bazar. 

Mustafa Osman Turan added, Internet and connectivity facilities will be provided to improve the quality of journalists. The Cox's Bazar Press Club in particular is one of the oldest organizations of journalists. The journalists of Cox's Bazar will benefit a lot if this press club is made a modern and international standard media center. The Turkish government will provide technical assistance to journalists as well as improve the quality of journalism. 
The ambassador said, If the press club is made an international standard media center, journalists in the region will be able to become more skilled and technology oriented. He assured all possible support for the development of the Cox's Bazar Press Club.
Turkish Ambassador Mostafa Osman said the above during a courtesy call on Cox's Bazar Press Club leaders on sunday (November 14) afternoon at the Cox's Bazar Refugee, Relief and Repatriation Commissioner's Office.

The Turkish ambassador also mentioned that the writings of Cox's Bazar journalists on the Rohingya issue are very constructive. The initial news given by them has caught the attention of the whole world. In addition to providing relief assistance to the Rohingya refugees, the Turkish government is implementing various health care and education programs. Apart from this, it is assisting in various projects to improve the living standards of the local people of Cox's Bazar.

Samsuddouza, Turkey's official development assistance agency TİKA's deputy director Ahmed Faruk MUŞTAKOĞLU, general secretary of the Cox's Bazar Press Club Mohammad Mujibul Islam, Cox's Bazar Journalists Union general secretary Jahed Sarwar Sohail, the deputy general secretary of the press club & Daily Prothom Alo's  Cox's Bazar office head Abdul Kuddus Rana, member of the Executive Committee of the press club & NTV staff correspondent Ikram Chowdhury Tipu, ATN Bangla correspondent Moazzem Hossain Shakil, Mohammad Jonaid also took part in the courtesy call. 
The ambassador was asked for cooperation for the multi-storied building of the press club by the general secretary Mohammad Mujibul Islam. He handed over the application along with the design of the building. 
Ambassador Turan said, TİKA, Diyanet, Turkish Red Crescent, AFAD- these four Turkish government aid agencies are working in Bangladesh for improving the living standards of Rohingyas as well as locals. Ambassador Mostafa Osman Turan also assured to help in the construction of a press club building in Cox's Bazar.
The ambassador arrived in Cox's Bazar on Saturday on a two-day visit. He left for Dhaka on Sunday after visiting the Rohingya refugee camp and holding meetings with concerned government officials.
